As the website is regularly updated with news and information we are hoping that you will want to return to it frequently.
All Saints is a Junior Academy at the heart of the Old Town with strong links to the Parish of All Saints and St Clements. All Saints CE Junior Academy was the first school to join the Diocese of Chichester Academy Trust in 2015. This is a growing Trust whose aims are ‘to provide every child in it’s academies with the very best education possible ; inspirational ,fully rounded and rooted in our Christian beliefs and values’. Within the Trust locally are a group of other church school these are St Leonards CE Primary Academy, St Pauls CE Primary Academy and Christchurch CE Primary Academy. As a group of schools we aim to work together in the best interests of all of our pupils.
At All Saints we strive to provide a vibrant and exciting curriculum of the highest quality, founded on Christian principles; teaching academic skills through a broad range of subjects and celebrating all talents. We are a warm, friendly school, where children feel safe and secure in a learning environment which stimulates and motivates them. This was noted in our most recent SIAM’s inspection which stated: "Relationships across the school community are collaborative and supportive, enabling all pupils and staff to feel happy, safe and valued." We offer a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities, catering for those with sporting, musical or artistic skills, as well as providing many engaging learning opportunities.
Our most recent OFSTED report (in 2018) said: "The school’s work to promote pupils’ personal development and welfare is outstanding. There is an extremely caring ethos in the school."
We aim to provide each child with a truly personalised learning experience which will enable them to grow in confidence and maturity, and provide the basis for a lifelong love of learning. OFSTED also noted: "Pupils make good progress from their different starting points because the quality of teaching, learning and assessment is good."
We work together with parents, staff, governors, our local church and pupils to ensure all those involved in our Academy are contributing to the way it develops, and we are particularly proud of our active School Council.
