Year 6 National Childhood Measurement Programme - 28th March, 2022

Dear Year 6 Parent or carer,

The East Sussex School Health Service will be running the National Childhood Measurement Programme (NCMP) for Year 6 children between October 2021 and July 2022.

School Screener parent portal

You’ll be able to view you child’s results for their NCMP measurements via our new online School Screener parent portal. You’ll have secure, 24-hour access to all personalised data for your children with one username and password.  Please register for your School Screener parent portal account by clicking this link https://app.schoolscreener.com/Portal/#/3232/p/ESh123/141655.

The School Health Team will be visiting your child’s school in roughly two weeks’ time to complete the  NCMP programme. Further information on this programme is attached to this email. You can register to receive results and or opt out of the programme if you would rather your child doesn’t take part using this link https://app.schoolscreener.com/Portal/#/3232/p/ESh123/141655. We’ll assume that you are happy for us to see your child in school if we don’t hear from you.

Please phone or email the East Sussex School Health Service with the details below if you have any questions or any problems with your School Screener account.

Kind regards

Penny Brewer
